You can't delete the duplicates unless the Import and Find Matches processes completed normally. Repeat the job, by opening the input file again and proceeding as normal.
You can't output any data unless you have deleted matches, either via Inspect Matches or Delete Matches.

If the input file is correct, then it may be that dedupeIT has not properly
loaded the records in at the Import stage. If so, try saving the file in a
different format e.g. if it is an Excel file, try saving it as a tab delimited
file then opening that file in dedupeIT. Alternatively, a sample of the
data.
dedupeIT preserves any amendments that you make to individual
records in Inspect Matches. Other than this, it does not change your data,
apart from removing or flagging duplicates. If you are flagging duplicates, it
adds a field for the deletion flag. If you want to correct your data in other
ways e.g. casing, postcodes, you can buy a more functional product from the

Yes you can. When you run a report, an options screen provides
options such as whether to preview or print the report, etc. To save the
reports to file, you should select a report destination of File. More
information about this is given in the User Guide and On-line Help.
This error can occur when the file that you want to output is
already open. dedupeIT can't write to a file that is in use by another program.
Either close the other program that is using the file, or change your output
file destination to a new name.
